On January 22 and 23, Rossen Milanov joins Florida’s Naples Philharmonic for the orchestra’s first concerts of 2015, with a program that focuses on dance-inspired works. The Bulgarian conductor takes the podium for Copland’s Appalachian Spring, Bartók’s The Miraculous Mandarin Suite, and Falla’s Three-Cornered Hat Suite. The lattermost work was recorded by Rossen with the Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias, and the “Miller’s Dance” can be heard by clicking here.
