This month, Principal Conductor Rossen Milanov returns to the Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias. In the first week of the month, the Bulgarian conductor works with OSPA to further its educational activities in conjunction with Carnegie Hall, LinkUp!
The following week on April 10 and 11, Rossen and the OSPA celebrate the Easter season with Mendelssohn’s Old-Testament–inspired oratorio, Elijah. The performance features soprano Svetla Krasteva, mezzo-soprano Margaret Mezzacappa, tenor Agustín Prunell-Friend, and baritone Hugh Russell along with the Coro de la Fundación Principe de Asturias.
